IDODOLL Shipping & Delivery Policy

Scope of This Policy
This policy applies exclusively to orders placed directly through IDODOLL’s official website or authorized direct sales channels. If you purchased your product through one of our authorized agents or retailers, please refer to that agent’s shipping policy. The compensation and liability terms outlined in this document do not apply to purchases made through agents. (Shipping time estimates and production timelines are provided for general reference.)

IDODOLL is committed to protecting your privacy throughout every stage of delivery. All orders are shipped in completely unmarked boxes with no external indication of the contents, brand name, or any imagery related to dolls. The return address and all exterior labeling are designed to be fully neutral, ensuring your purchase remains confidential from dispatch to delivery.

I. Delivery Regions

1.1 Free Shipping — Tax-Free Destinations

IDODOLL provides complimentary shipping with no tax liability to the following countries and regions:

  • Americas: United States (contiguous states), Canada
  • Europe: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain
  • Asia: Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia
  • Oceania: Australia

1.2 Free Shipping — Tax Liability Remains

For the following destinations, shipping is complimentary, but customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes:
Switzerland, Norway, Israel, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, South Africa
IDODOLL will provide guidance on customs procedures upon request.

Free shipping is generally provided via air transport. However, for certain remote areas—including non-contiguous U.S. states and territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Australia, and South American countries—sea freight is the default method. If you prefer air transport to these locations, additional charges will apply.

We work with a carefully selected network of carrier partners. If you wish to request a specific carrier or shipping method, additional fees may apply. Contact service@idodoll.com for details.

1.3 Restricted Regions

IDODOLL does not ship adult dolls to the following locations:

  • All Middle Eastern Islamic countries
  • All African countries (except South Africa)
  • India
  • Brazil

II. Shipping Methods

2.1 Local Warehouse Delivery

IDODOLL maintains local inventory in the United States and Europe. When an item ships from a local warehouse, it is handled by a regional courier such as UPS, FedEx, or another reputable local carrier servicing your area.

2.2 Direct Shipping from China

2.2.1 Air Freight

International air shipping is arranged through one of two models:

  • A. End-to-End Carrier Service — A single courier (UPS, FedEx, or another major international carrier) manages the entire journey from pickup to delivery. This is the fastest option as it eliminates inter-carrier transfer delays, though it typically involves higher shipping costs and customs duties.
  • B. Split-Leg Service — A Chinese carrier handles the initial leg to the destination country, after which a local courier completes the final delivery. Transit times are longer, and tracking updates may not appear until the package reaches the destination country and is transferred to the local courier. This method offers lower shipping costs and typically reduced customs duties, and is therefore our default shipping option.

If you prefer end-to-end service, additional shipping or tax fees may apply.

2.2.2 Sea Freight

While air transport is our primary shipping method, sea freight is used by default for certain destinations including non-contiguous U.S. states and territories, Australia, and South American countries. All sea freight shipments operate on a split-leg model: a shipping line manages the ocean segment, and a local courier completes the final delivery. Tracking information may not appear until the shipment arrives in your country and is handed to the local courier.

2.2.3 Rail Freight

In limited circumstances, rail transport may be used for European destinations. We will notify you in advance if this method is selected for your order. Rail shipments also follow a split-leg model.

III. Delivery Timeframes

Total delivery time from order placement to arrival consists of two components: (1) production time and (2) transportation time.

IV. Issue Resolution

4.1 Changes to Shipping Information

  • Hold for Pickup: If you would like your package held at a FedEx or UPS facility for pickup, please provide the facility address before your order is shipped.
  • Address Changes: Please verify your shipping address carefully before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately if changes are needed.
  • Delivery Rescheduling: You may contact the carrier directly to arrange a new delivery window if you are unavailable.

4.2 Shipping Delays

If your order has not been delivered after 90 working days from the order date, IDODOLL will issue a full refund and send a replacement doll at no additional cost to you. Note that production time may be extended during major holidays.

For shipments originating from our warehouses:
• U.S. warehouses: Maximum delivery window is 10 days; compensation eligibility begins at 20 days.
• European and Canadian warehouses: Maximum delivery window is 15 days; compensation eligibility begins at 30 days.

4.3 Damage & Incorrect Delivery

  • Minor Damage: Minor issues (e.g., makeup smudging, minor skin blemishes) may qualify for compensation ranging from $10 to $100 after review.
  • Major Damage: Significant structural defects will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement at no cost. All return shipping expenses will be covered by IDODOLL.
  • Incorrect Doll/Accessories: If items are wrong or missing, we will replace them at our expense or provide appropriate compensation.

4.4 Disclaimer — Factors Beyond Our Control

International shipping may be affected by circumstances outside of IDODOLL’s control, including Weather and Natural Disasters, Customs Inspections, Local Holidays, and Political Events.
