Return & Refund Policy

At IDODOLL, we are confident in the quality of our products and want every customer to clearly understand our return and refund terms. Due to the nature of our products as adult personal items, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Every brand-new IDODOLL doll is produced to our highest standards and is covered against confirmed defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Order Changes or Cancellation (Before Shipment)

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.

Once production, processing, or shipping arrangements have begun, requests for order changes or cancellations may be restricted or may no longer be accepted.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Please inspect your doll carefully upon receipt, including its appearance, major functions, and packaging condition.

If you discover any quality issue, product defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately after delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos so that we can verify and review the issue.

Return Eligibility

Due to the special nature of this product as an adult item involving personal hygiene, we generally do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns will only be considered in very limited circumstances, including:


  • Confirmed quality defects

  • Confirmed manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Confirmed severe shipping damage upon arrival

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for issues caused by improper use, mishandling, improper storage, or improper maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Normal wear and tear from daily use

  • Damage caused by excessive force or improper posing

  • Damage caused by care that does not follow the maintenance guidelines

  • Damage caused by contact with sharp objects, clothing, chemicals, or accessories

  • Damage caused by improper transportation handling after shipment

  • Damage caused by pets, animals, fire, flood, or other external events

Solutions for Confirmed Issues

If an issue is reviewed and confirmed by our team, the solution may include one of the following, depending on the nature and severity of the issue:


  • Repair guidance or repair tools for minor issues

  • Replacement of damaged parts or the entire product where appropriate

  • Partial refund or full refund where appropriate

  • Other reasonable after-sales solutions determined by IDODOLL

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment service provider or bank. Even after we have confirmed that the refund has been processed, the payment provider or bank may still require additional time to complete the transaction.

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable period after approval, please contact us and we will assist you in following up.

  • Minor bubbles, slight color differences, and certain subtle handmade marks are generally considered normal and do not qualify as product defects.

  • The doll’s makeup may gradually fade over time due to friction or cleaning, so proper care is essential.
