Product Maintenance

Maintenance Frequency

Perform maintenance at regular intervals. The frequency of maintenance varies depending on usage and storage conditions but is generally recommended at least once a month. After cleaning and allowing the surface to dry, apply baby powder or talcum powder to the doll to prevent oil leakage and cracking. You can also dress the doll or use stockings provided by the manufacturer to prevent wear and tear.

Daily Placement

Recommended Joint Movement (Prolonged movement beyond recommended angles may cause damage):

  1. Head Movement: The head’s angles for forward, backward, left, and right movement should not exceed 30 degrees.
  2. Upper Limb Movement:
    • Raising the upper arm outward should not exceed 80 degrees, and raising it forward or backward should not exceed 75 degrees.
    • The angle for moving the forearm should not exceed 60 degrees, with a maximum left and right rotation of 45 degrees. Hand movement should not exceed 65 degrees.
  3. Leg Hip Movement:
    • The thigh’s forward lifting angle should not exceed 100 degrees.
    • The thigh’s outward lifting angle should not exceed 70 degrees.
    • The angles for bending the lower leg forward, backward, left, and right should not exceed 45 degrees. The ankle’s up-and-down movement should not exceed 45 degrees.
  4. Waist Movement:
    • The waist can move forward, backward, left, and right within a range of 30 degrees.
    • After display or use, try to return each joint to a stress-free position, such as lying down, sitting, or choosing a position with minimal stress.

Routine Cleaning:

  1. Dampen the doll’s surface and use a towel or cleaning supplies mentioned above.
  2. Clean orifices – vagina, anus, mouth (tools like a douche or a soft bottle brush can be used).
  3. Clean the face (if not disheveled, gently wipe with a nearly dry cloth; if makeup is applied, use oil-free makeup remover and avoid using dyed oil-based cleansers).
  4. Clean the hair (if not disheveled, regular cleaning is not necessary; simple shampoo can be used for rinsing).
  5. After cleaning, make sure to dry the doll (a damp doll can promote bacterial growth and moldy odors). Pat the doll dry; avoid rubbing. Use a cloth that won’t cause pilling or shedding.

Lower Body Cleaning:

  1. Removable Parts: Remove and wash with clean warm water or a suitable cleaner. Dry with a towel before reinserting.
  2. Fixed Parts:
    • Stand the doll up (leaning it against a wall is recommended to prevent it from falling).
    • Mix warm water with a recommended cleaner and fill the flushing tool.
    • Insert the flushing tool into the vagina in a standing position (ensure water can flow out) and inject soapy water to expel bodily fluids and any other dirt. Repeat this process 2-3 times for the best results.
    • Keep the doll in a standing position to remove all water.
    • Insert a clean towel to dry any remaining moisture.
    • Place your doll in the correct position on a chair or in a bathtub.
    • Gently wipe her face and other body parts with a damp cloth and mild antibacterial soap.
    • Pat her dry with a soft towel.

Storage Methods

  1. Flat Storage: Lay the doll flat on a bed, in a carry-on suitcase, or in a specially designed storage box for sex dolls. For dolls with detachable parts, disassemble them to save space.
  2. Hanging Storage: Use hooks or hangers to suspend your doll.
  3. Stand-Up Storage: This method requires a specialized support frame that connects to the doll’s lower body and waist.
  4. Sitting Storage: While dolls can naturally sit on a couch or bed, long-term storage in this position has two disadvantages. Firstly, sitting may exert continuous pressure on the buttocks area, potentially causing deflation. Secondly, the doll’s knees remain bent, leading to skin creases.
  5. Consider using a dedicated head-support stand for storage.

Please note that the choice of storage method should depend on your specific doll and available space. Select a method that best suits your doll’s features and your storage conditions.

Product Repair

  1. For minor surface damage or the appearance of fuzz, you can start by cleaning with oil. Ensure the cleaning area extends at least twice the size of the damaged area. Then, use a hairdryer with evenly distributed hot air or gently heat the surface. You can also use an art knife to lightly scrape away any imperfections. Once repaired, apply talcum powder as needed.
  2. Prolonged pressure on one side may lead to indentation. To address this, keep the compressed area facing upward, and it should naturally recover within a few days.
  3. In the event of an accidental tear, begin by cleaning the affected area and drying it thoroughly. Then, lightly dip a toothpick in a small amount of adhesive and apply it sparingly to cover the damaged area. Please note that excessive use of adhesive can worsen the repair due to slight material corrosion.
  4. For more severe damage or corrosion, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for professional repair services.

Remember that proper maintenance and care can help prevent the need for extensive repairs.
